New from Oasis are a full line of vandal resistant bottle filler units designed to withstand more demanding installations. These units would be well suited for use inside schools, apartment and office buildings, and a wide variety of public facilities that require vandal resistance.
Some key components of what makes this units more resistant to vandalism are the following:
- Added Stainless Steel Louver Screen in the below cabinet to prevent debris or tampering (like inserting pencils into) the louvers to harm the equipment.
- More robust bottle filler portion on top with a manual push button that is constructed of a heavy-duty, galvanized steel frame and can withstand more force (like being hit with a football helmet).
- Logos permanently formed into the alcove and stainless steel wrapper so they cannot be peeled or removed.

Some notes about the units:
- All units containing water cooler units come with a water chiller so the unit can dispense refrigerated drinking water.
- All units utilize mechanically-activated push buttons.
- Some units look exactly the same as others, and are only different in whether they include a filter, or are filter-capable. Including a filter is straight forward. Filter capable means that a filter is not included, although if one is needed at a later date after purchase, it can be (re: has the space available to be) added.
- One of the retrofit bottle fillers does not use electricity so there are no electrical components needed. This is the unit that does not have a bottle counter display. All other units have what Oasis is calling an ‘electro-mechanical’ component, which is simply the electrical components that power the bottle counter inside the unit.
