This vandal-resistant StreamSaver bubbler is from Elkay. For use in high traffic and/or high demand areas where vandalism may occur. The bubbler has a heavy-duty, one-piece construction with a chrome-plated finish. When installed it is keyed into position to prevent rotation. The kit comes with the bubbler, bubbler nipple, gasket, vandal-resistant screen, and a 1/4-inch press-in fitting. The kit does not include 1/4-inch x 5-inch adapter tube. Elkay part number 98481C.
